Hi John, I would like to understand your reasonings only. I said PN17 because why other gloves are going up except Ruberex?

Do you know that you have been very annoying and unappreciative?

neutralist and I had been very obliging to answer most of your queries. But you took our kind gestures for granted and turned around giving unjustified or ill-meaning remarks on the things that we shared!

Dont challenge big 4. If big 4 angry, they can drop their selling price kaw kaw below your cost price and still make a decent profit.

As gloves company(including big-4 too) investors, we should always guard against any potential over-supply problem as gloves productions are ramped up. But, to the extent that the Covid-19 strains, esp Delta variants, have not been fully eradicated, this over-supply problem seems less acute.

Nevertheless, we must still closely monitor how the Covid-19 situation evolves.

As I have said, never put all eggs into one basket. In my portfolio, I have a combination of blue chips(longer term, for dividends) and small/mid caps(shorter term, for capital gains) stocks.

Someone has once asked me when I will do a top-up on this counter. I could not give a reply as I was still monitoring the current situation, as well as when major shareholder Ong Choo Meng will come in to support his share price. At least, that would give a rough indication how he perceives the companys share price.

I never actively chased after glove counters like the others during the super bull run days of 2020.

I came into this counter only when it dropped below 1.10 around end March and sold 3/4 of it when it rebounded strongly in Apr. Currently, I still own a small amount of Rubberex shares.

I bought Rubberex because I choose to trust Dato Eddie Ong.

If you look into Malaysia listed company, there is no much of listed company boss that very good in capital market.

In Malay market, previously we have player like Syed Mohktar, Dato Johari, Dato Karim. Especially Dato Karim, he is so good in M&A and he manage to takeover and turnaround few listed company within short period. But unfortunately, now his company is being audited (so I cant comment much while pending the EY report).

In Indian Market, we have Tony Fernanda, Ananda Krishnan, Brahmal Vasudevan, they are very good in capital market.

In Chinese market, Dato Eddie Ong, Kenneth Vun, Yee Wei Meng, these are young and knowledgeable capital market player. They are very good in fund raising, takeover company and turnaround the company.

So far under the hand of Dato Eddie Ong, Rubberex is the one that most profitable, the profit generated by Rubberex is easily 5 times above his main company Hextar.

With the recent private placement of 80 mil share, I believe there must be something brewing. Who bought these share?

I have already made good money from all my investments. Unlike me, somebody needs to give high implied target prices to lure pp to buy. Haha!!!

His action reminds me of those chaps that appeared on gloves counters threads last year, giving high target prices to encourage pp to chase!!!

Genetec from RM 1 go to RM 30. SAM only RM 14.90 but net profit 10 times higher and got aerospace division.

Anyone can see for themselves. Anyone can see semiconductor equipment billings rising to all time high and dozens of fans being constructed over the next ten years. Anyone can tell who SAM customers are.

Both Genetec and Sam are simply highly inflated(as against their NTAs and quarterly profits) counters on thematic plays currently. They are like overblown hot-air balloons, running a potential risk of deflation or bursting, if big players decide to do a shakeout or exit when the theme plays are over. One classic case in history was the dotcom bubble burst of 2001.

I feel worried for him. At after midnight time, he was still thinking of how to propagate his overpriced stocks here, while others were happily asleep! But I am more worried for the newbies who buy shares under his influence and do not know the potential high risks involved.

Ruberex super downtrend. Easily broken bit by bit. Other counters are okay, but not Ruberex. Pity those who hold.

The reason I start to invest at price 0.785 is the production volume will increase from 2.5B to 10B at mid of 2022. with 300% additional production, although the ASP dropping from USD90 to USD30, Company can still making a big profit. Just do a quick calculation for 10B glove, ASP USD30, profit margin 30%, the FY22 profit will be 360 mil, EPS is 39 cents (915 mil shares). From investment prospective, I willing to hold the share for next 1 year. If company start to distribute dividend next year since 400 mil expenses for prod expansion completed. Then I will consider whether to dispose the share at >RM1 or continue hold the share & enjoy the dividend. This is just my own analysis. You have to invest based on your risk assessment.

yes addy888, you are with me. I have retired already... thanks to gloves, NYSE, and others. Invest based on your risk assessment. It is your own money and instinct with knowledge are the game changer.

Listen to people who said such as PN17, broken and etc only.. only begging for money. true...hahaha

Eddy - good explanation unlike others. Do agree Ruberex has a good expansion plan but my worry is glove will be oversupply (which I don’t think so).

I’m more worried about once ASP has drop or stabilized, the biggest competitor for Ruberex is not the market but is the big 4 and Chinese producers.

That’s why a lot of small players are not able to withstand the competition.

Imagine Ruberex is doing 10 billion. I’m not sure if Ruberex can maintain its sales and still profiting from it.

What do u say? Thank you in advance
